This open letter formally rejects KKM's blanket approach to vaping. Lawful nicotine products, cheap disposables and drug-laced cartridges are not the same problem and must not be regulated as though they are. The letter supports strict child protection and prosecution of illicit suppliers while demanding publication of the RM369 million methodology, separate toxicology reporting, regulated adult access, digital KYC, review of the 15 ml rule and measurable health outcomes. Its central position is direct: blanket prohibition is not evidence-based regulation, and lawful adults must not be punished for crimes committed by illegal sellers.
